I'm Debra Orringer, a restorative travel advisor and wellness coach with over 25 years of experience in health, fitness, and integrative wellness. I founded Restorative Journeys by Debra Orringer for women who are ready to step out of the exhaustion of midlife and into something that genuinely restores them.

My background in clinical exercise physiology and health coaching shapes every journey I design. Travel, for me, has never been about checking boxes. It is about creating the conditions where a woman can finally breathe, reconnect with herself, and return home with clarity about what she wants her next chapter to look like.
